CONFIRMED EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
The below information is for the use of confirmed exhibitors of the Defense Trade Show. If you are not a confirmed exhibitor, please review the exhibitor application link to the right (once all spaces have filled), the exhibitor application will no longer be active.
BOOTH EQUIPMENT: Each booth will be provided with:
- One 6 ft. undraped table, Two Chairs, One electrical outlet
- Exhibits that are within the gymnasium (spaces #1-65) are 8 foot wide by 6 foot deep.
- Exhibits that are within the building hallway space are table-top display only (spaces #66-79).
- If you have any special requirements, you must notify Courtney Smedick by email (email@example.com) by July 14th.
NOTE: The exhibit hall floor is not carpeted.
EARLY EXHIBITOR MOVE-IN (PREFERRED):
Tuesday, August 3, 2021
Time: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
The building will lock at 4:00 PM, please arrive in time to complete set-up prior to 4:00 PM.
DAY OF EVENT MOVE-IN SCHEDULE:
Wednesday, August 4, 2021
Time: 8:00 AM
Set-up is encouraged on August 3 so that all exhibitors can attend the Cybersecurity Forum which begins at 8:00 AM.
EXHIBITOR MOVE-OUT SCHEDULE: We ask that no dismantling of displays or packing of products occurs before 3:30 PM, August 4th. The exhibit hall, however, must be cleared by 5:00 PM.

If you are shipping items, you must email Courtney Smedick (firstname.lastname@example.org) and let her know so she can expect your items.
ASSISTANCE IN PLANNING: In preparation for the Trade Show, please ensure your exhibit space is contained within the table top display frame (outlined in the “Booth Equipment” section), unless additional requirements have already been cleared with Courtney Smedick.
DRESS ATTIRE: Business casual, ACU’s or equivalent for military representatives.
WIRELESS INTERNET: Wireless Internet will be available during the Trade Show.
CANCELLATION: If you need to cancel your exhibit space for any reason, please let either Courtney Smedick (contact information below) know as soon as possible so that a company on the wait list can receive your space.
PLEASE NOTE: No signs, merchandise or any other items are to be pinned, stapled or otherwise attached to any Fayetteville Technical Community College property. Exhibitors shall be responsible for any damage or loss of materials placed on the show floor.
