BOOTH SPACE.  Exhibit spaces include a 8-foot table, two chairs and electricity.  The tables are not skirted, you will need to bring your own tablecloth materials.

BOOTH CREDENTIALS.  Upon arrival, your credentials, badges and materials will be located at your exhibit space.  NCMBC staff will be available to assist with unloading and booth location.  There is no requirement to check-in at the registration table unless you have name changes, questions, etc.


  • July 24 from 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm 
  • OR you may set-up your exhibit space on July 25 at 7:00 am, but must be set-up prior to the program start. 

DRESS ATTIRE:  Business casual.

SHIPPING INFORMATION.  Items shipped must be received by July 20.

Any items that need shipped following the event must have pre-paid shipping attached to the package(s).  Let NCMBC staff members know about your outgoing item and it will be moved by facilities to the warehouse for the next pickup date at the College.

Please note No signs, merchandise or any other items are to be pinned, stapled or otherwise attached to any property without  pre-approval.  Exhibitors shall be responsible for any damage or loss of materials placed on the show floor. Exhibit spaces will not be pipe and draped.  All items must be freestanding.
